Goods cages store tools and materials, as well as transporting them around site, like the one below that is full of clamps that help build shuttering.
Some stillages have built-in slots underneath for slings or forks to go in. If these are present, the stillages can usually be single wrapped with the slings when slinging. Otherwise, they’d normally be double wrapped.
However, some stillages have lifting eyes on top to attach the chain hooks straight on to. But, the certificates need to be checked to make sure this method is still valid. The certs need to be in date.
This goods cage has no lifting eyes or slots underneath, so would have to be double wrapped when slung.
