Steel mesh is sheets of steel rebar in a grid form that gets laid out to form reinforcement for concrete. There are various thicknesses of steel within the mesh, and the sheets are also available in different sizes.
Packs of steel mesh are often lifted to where steel fixers prepare steel for pouring concrete slabs.

There are many ways of reinforcing the concrete. The sheets always overlap each other. They can be used in single layers or more. They can also be combined with rebar for extra structure and strength.
