Construction Cogs will only share Client data or any personal information with a Professional required to do the work. Outside of this, Construction Cogs will never publish online or sell this information. But if a situation arises where the information needs to be shared with any party other than potential Professionals, we will only do so with Client consent.

Construction Cogs will keep your information stored in its database, only for admin purposes and for follow-up communication, by way of duty of care or potential feedback on the Professional(s) that carry out the work.

Terms

Construction Cogs heavily vets Professionals provided to do work for Clients. This is to ensure reliability and Client satisfaction. However, if a dispute arises between the Client and Professional, this is to be resolved between those two parties, and is not the responsibility of Construction Cogs.

With that said, Construction Cogs may mediate if we choose to do so.

You’ll be pleased to know, there have been no disputes to date.

Construction Cogs receives a small commission from the Professionals for works done, at no extra cost to the Clients.

Client fees are below the market average, with premium service.
